Payment Terms and Refunds
Payment for services is due upon acceptance of the proposal and signing of the contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No refunds will be issued once work has begun, except if no work has been performed within the first 15 days of the project. In cases where work has started, no refunds will be granted.
If payment is not made after three attempts to collect, Digital Rose reserves the right to suspend services. During this period, fees will continue to accrue, but no further work will be completed until full payment is made.
Intellectual Property
Digital Rose retains ownership of all intellectual property created in connection with the services we provide, including but not limited to design, coding, domain, and content, until full payment has been received. In the event you wish to transfer ownership of these items, we may charge an additional fee to facilitate this transfer. Ownership of the intellectual property will only be transferred to you once all payments are made in full, and written consent for the transfer is provided by Digital Rose.
Services
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis, contingent upon the Client’s ongoing payment. We do not guarantee the completion of deliverables unless full payment is made, and all project requirements have been met.
Delivery Timelines
While Digital Rose provides estimated timelines for deliverables, these are subject to change due to delays from the Client or unforeseen development demands. We are not responsible for any delays outside of our control.
Termination
The Client may only terminate this agreement after the original term has been completed, with a 30-day written notice delivered at least 30 days before the next billing date. If you wish to terminate before the term is fulfilled, all fees for the remaining term will still be payable.
Digital Rose reserves the right to terminate or suspend the agreement at any time for any reason, including non-payment, breach of terms, or other substantial reasons. In the event of termination or suspension, all outstanding fees remain payable, and no further services will be rendered until full payment is received.
Governing Law
Confidentiality
All information exchanged between Digital Rose and the Client will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill our obligations under this agreement.
Partner Consent
By engaging with Digital Rose, you acknowledge that we may collaborate with third-party vendors or contractors to complete certain aspects of your project. You consent to such partnerships as part of the service delivery.

Rapid Bloom – PPC Marketing
Digital Rose Marketing Group offers Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising services on a flexible, month-to-month agreement. By choosing this service, you entrust Digital Rose to manage your PPC campaigns with the goal of driving new business to your establishment. Below are the terms and conditions of this service:
Payment Terms:
- The agreed-upon amount includes the monthly PPC ad budget and a 30% service fee.
- Full payment for each month is collected upfront.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel this service with a 30-day written notice before the next billing date.
- Upon cancellation, 50% of the next billing cycle’s amount will be charged to cover the costs of already spent ad budget and associated fees.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Digital Rose retains full ownership of all analytics, reporting, and campaign data.
- We will provide month-to-month performance data for client review to evaluate ad effectiveness.
Performance Disclaimer:
- While we utilize our expertise to optimize campaigns, we cannot guarantee specific ad performance, ROI, or lead generation results.
- We reserve the right to withhold details such as exact keywords, budget breakdowns, timelines, or in-depth reports at our discretion.
