Meet Our Owner & Director Of Operations

Erin Ashley

Hi, I’m Erin — founder of Digital Rose Marketing Group. This company is truly my third baby (and my final one 😉), built from late nights, big dreams, and a whole lot of determination.

I earned my degree in Communications with a focus in Marketing and Interpersonal Communication — which means I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, connect, and make decisions. Marketing isn’t just strategy to me. It’s psychology, storytelling, and relationship-building.

My path wasn’t a straight line — and I’m thankful for that.

I started in the beauty industry, building and running my own business in Southern California. That season taught me hustle, resilience, and how to earn real client trust. From there, I moved into marketing and project management in the mortgage industry, where I learned structure, systems, and what scaling actually looks like behind the scenes. Later, I helped run and grow a marketing agency in San Diego for four years. That chapter sharpened my skills across digital marketing and gave me the real-world experience and confidence to build something of my own.

So I did. Digital Rose was born from a desire to create something meaningful — something aligned with my values, my family, and the kind of work I’m proud to stand behind.

At home, I’m a proud mom to two beautiful kids who are my whole heart (and yes, completely spoiled). My handsome partner and I coach softball, love basketball, traveling, swimming, and being surrounded by the people we love. I’m big on music, reading, Nintendo Switch, art… and duh — LEGOs are life!

We’re also slowly growing what feels like a small zoo (despite my daughter’s allergies to half the animal kingdom). We have a baby Pit/Catahoula mix named Rocki, a lionhead bunny named Poppi — named after Trolls, obviously — even though we recently discovered “she” may actually be a he. (Let’s keep that between us.) And an African fat-tail gecko named Spike, and taking on new applications via me scrolling FB Free Pet Posts on the daily.

Life at our house is full, loud, and a little wild — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I built Digital Rose so I could provide for my family while helping other businesses grow and do the same. I love what I do, I have an incredible team behind me, and I truly believe the best is still ahead.
